Act of Love for Mom

What I love about real estate the most is that it has the potential to change lives. This is evident in a client couple of mine, who have chosen to purchase a multigenerational home to help their parents through end-of-life. Their mom was recently diagnosed with a terminal illness. Their sweet Dad thrives the most when around people. My clients are taking a huge leap of faith in leaving their affordable rental in a safe neighborhood, so that they can start a new chapter with their parents and kids all under the same roof. Aside from being an incredible act of faith, it is an act of love, parent-to-parent, for the well-being of their entire family. It requires substantial sacrifices and work.
